The Three Rivers Levee Improvement Authority (TRLIA), Sutter Butte Flood Control Agency (SBFCA), Yuba Water Agency (YWA), the Marysville Levee Commission (MLC), and Reclamation District 1001 (Sutter County) are partners in the Feather River Regional Flood Management Planning program. In 2014, the Partners completed a Regional Flood Management Plan that identified a long-term vision for flood risk reduction in the Feather River Basin, including needed projects and potential costs. Today, the Partners continue work on plan updates and implementation. Program activities are funded by the California Department of Water Resources.
